Fasting is not recommended if you are:

  • Living with eating disorders

  • Suffering from gallstones, severe kidney/liver/pancreas issues
  • Taking medications that require regular food intake
  • Recovering from surgery, cancer therapy, or major illness

If fasting is not suitable for you, you can still join as a Detox Participant and follow the prep + refeed phases.
